Customisation Policy

Custom-made garments at MMONALRO are specially designed and crafted as per the customer’s individual measurements, preferences, and design requests (including colour, fabric, size, etc.). Each piece is created exclusively for the customer.

Order Confirmation

Once the order and design details are confirmed, no changes in design or measurements can be made after 24 hours of order confirmation.

Production Timeline

The estimated delivery time varies depending on design complexity and fabric availability, typically between 15–18 days.
We will keep you updated on your order progress.

Return, Exchange & Refund

Since each piece is custom-crafted:

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted
  • Alterations are provided for fitting issues or discomfort

Cancellations

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled
  • In case of unavoidable cancellation (before production begins), a 45% deduction from the advance amount along with applicable taxes will be applied

Payment Terms

  • The price of the garment varies depending on:
    • Design
    • Fabric
    • Surface embellishments
    • Trims, fasteners, lining, and interlining
  • 100% payment is required at the time of order confirmation

Quality Control

  • Every garment undergoes strict quality and measurement checks before dispatch
  • Slight variations in:
    • Handwork / embroidery
    • Colour tone
    • Finishing

are considered part of the handmade process and not defects.

Made-to-Tailor Policy

Made-to-tailor garments at MMONALRO are created based on predefined brand designs, adjusted to the customer’s specific measurements. These are tailored versions of existing styles, not new designs.

Order Confirmation

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate body measurements
    or
  • Book an in-person fitting session

Production Timeline

Alterations Policy

  • Free alteration is offered after delivery for fitting adjustments

Return, Refund & Exchange

Since garments are made as per customer measurements:

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds are applicable

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or altered once confirmed

Payment Terms

  • Pricing remains the same as the original design (if no design changes are made)
  • 100% payment is required at the time of order confirmation

Quality Control

  • All garments go through strict quality and finishing checks before delivery
  • Minor variations in:
    • Fit
    • Colour
    • Embellishments

may occur due to natural fabric behaviour and are not considered defects.
