Eligibility
We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchange is applicable only for size issues or product defects
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, in saleable condition
- All original tags must be attached and returned in original condition
- Products that are altered, customised, or tailor-made are not eligible for exchange
- In case of exchange, shipping charges will be applicable
Exchange Process
- Customer sends a request via email
- Our team reviews and confirms the request
- Courier will be arranged or return address will be shared accordingly
Exchange Timeline
- Exchanges will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned item

However, if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted on ready-to-ship items only
- Request must be made within 2 days of delivery
- The item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags intact
- Returned in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Made-to-order items
- Customised pieces
- Altered items
- Discounted or sale items
